 We begin by bringing you into the design process, aligning expectations via an initial design exploration. We clarify desired budget, scope of work, and preferences before beginning our proposal so that we can provide Relevant Designs that meet criteria and exceed expectation.

We take your desires, dreams, and must haves and bring multiple design to an initial round of design review. We collaborate with you to adjust these designs until we solidify a design you love.

Once the design is confirmed, we work with our construction partners to move the design into the build phase.

3D modeling

We use industry standard software to develop our designs into 3D models. We present these models to clients to aid in their decision making throughout the process.

interior design services

In addition to architectural design, our team offers additional interior design services. Relevant Homes curates finishes for a cohesive feel in line with clients’ desires.

Our carefully selected and accomplished construction and renovation teams focus on quality and customer care. As a licensed general contractor, the Relevant Homes team leverages expertise… and lengthy experience to manage qualified general contractors and subcontractors on large projects. On less extensive renovations, we utilize smaller, more flexible teams with a wide skillset to ensure effective work.

Each project is managed by one of our project managers who works with the build team to keep projects on time and on budget. The project manager also facilitates communication between clients and teams.
