DESIGN: RELEVANT STUDIO

Our design team includes architects and designers that direct and guide clients as they seek to create their ideal home. We service Chicago projects of all sizes, ranging from small bath or kitchen remodels up to home additions, gut rehabs, and new construction homes. We have a deep understanding of zoning and building code and construction costs to ensure that projects are permissible and will become reality for our clients. We have worked in many Chicago neighborhoods including Logan Square, West Town, Avondale, Wicker Park, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, East Garfield Park, and Bridgeport.


 


BUILD: RELEVANT CONSTRUCTION

Our carefully selected and accomplished construction and renovation teams focus on quality and customer care in new builds, get rehabs, and large and small renovations. As a licensed contractor, the Relevant Homes team brings years of experience to operate with professionalism and efficiency, also partnering with additional licensed GCs to do the same. We utilize project managers to allow our teams to work effectively and to ensure clients remain informed.

    Interior Designer

    Sandy combines her expertise in home design with years of experience and a natural eye to breathe life into Relevant Homes spaces. A creative thinker who is unafraid to get creative with finishes, Sandy walks clients through the interior design of their project. Her calming presence and ability to draw out style preferences from clients results in beautifully designed spaces that fit our clients needs and desires.

  • Aaron Winter

    Project Manager, IL Licensed Realtor, Kale Realty

    Aaron has a deep background in customer service, social media marketing, and project oversight as a PMI certified Project Manager. As a real estate investor, landlord, and home owner, he brings the necessary skills to be a major asset to our team. His hands- on experience with home renovation and commercial build outs enhance his ability to help guide our clients though the find, design, and build process.

    Jeff, a life-long design and architecture enthusiast, is the founder and owner of Relevant Homes. He leads our team with his expertise in residential real estate, architectural design, plans, zoning, and permits for any size project.

    He is an IL licensed realtor with Kale Realty in Chicago.
