founder & lead designer
Jeff’s deep passion for architecture and design has always fueled his journey, even as he worked as a day trader downtown Chicago. After overseeing the design & construction of his first house in Logan Square in 2008, he realized it was time to pursue his childhood dream of designing and building homes full time.
Relevant Homes began integrating finding, designing, and building homes recognizing that many homeowners share Jeff’s experience. Finding a real estate agent, designer, and builder is hard! At first, Jeff did it all. He provided invaluable support as a licensed realtor, architectural designer, and licensed general contractor to a growing number of clients.
Now, after opening up new possibilities for clients that they hadn’t thought possible, Relevant Homes has grown into a team committed to Jeff’s initial vision - a company of agents, designers, and builders who together offer a comprehensive service that guides clients through their entire home journey.
